That’s a cute story for your nickname! One of these days I’ll learn how to grill; it really does seem like an art form. I am a total wimp, though, when it comes to open flames! They make me nervous, LOL.

Yeah, who says girls can’t handle the grill? I once did a barbie for like 14 of my friends in my grandma’s backyard and I did all the grilling. The guys were like: how does it work? It got me my “Barbie” nickname… That, and my blond hair. Lol

That’s a good idea to add the seasonings in with the flakes. Ahh, I loves me some stream-lined cooking! I am going to use a broiler pan to maximize the crispiness! I can’t wait.

Glad I could help. Like I said the prep is super easy. Then you just gotta get it in the oven and let it cook. The boxed cornflake crumbs are a little bigger than the texture of boxed bread crumbs. So I would say maybe fill a plastic ziploc and crush the special K in that. In fact you could just throw your seasonings in and shake the mixture up. It would likely work to coat the chicken in the bag too.

I love copper at the beach, too. It’s just the right amount of color without looking like you’re trying too hard.

I am going to have a sundae with two scoops of ice cream and *lots* of caramel sauce.
