Get Extra Long Lashes!

COVERGIRL’s new LashBlast Length Mascara creates expertly defined, beautifully separated lashes.

The long brush provides more control, plus special product reservoirs at the top of each bristle grasp even the tiniest lashes to lengthen them by up to 80%.

The clump-free formula contains nylon fibers, the same material used in expensive lash extensions, to extend your lashes without flaking, smudging or smearing.

You have to see it to believe it! Try on COVERGIRL’s new LashBlast Length Mascara in Daily Makeover’s virtual Makeover Studio now.

Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,

Karen

I like Lash Blast a lot. I’ll give these a try when I run out of my current mascara!

    Karen,

Did you write this post or was it written by Cover Girl?

      Hi Okyanus,

I only wrote the intro, but the post itself is an advertisement sponsored by Covergirl and Daily Makeover.

Hope you’re having a good Wednesday so far. We’re half way to Friday, WOOT!

    Happy Wednesday!
I was so excited about this mascara and it did nothing for my lashes :-(. I’ll just stick to the big ol’ tube of regular lashblast lol

I do like the tube. It’s so cheerful.

In my experience, Cover Girl makes the best mascara for my money as far as drugstore makeup goes. I’ve stopped using them because I’m trying to stay away from companies who perform animal testing and use petrochemicals, and Cover Girl is guilty on both ends. Too bad.

I have yet to spot this in Canadian drug stores yet, but I think their original lash blast mascara is decent. I would be interested to try this if I find it.

COVERGIRL’s LashBlast Length Mascara just came out in stores here in Canada but I have 6 other tubes of mascara to finish off. I would consider their new mascara but what Solé said kind of puts me off 🙁

I was excited to try this but, like Vanessa H, it did nothing for me. It made my lashes a little darker but no length and no volume. I know it is not a volumizing mascara but most do a little something. Looked like the Neutrogena lash tint — just a little something better than natural. I’ll stick with L’Oreal Voluminous for my drugstore go-to.

      Hi Steph B.,

Voluminous is pretty good. Have you tried the Carbon Black version? I like it a lot.

      Hi Jeannie,

Lash Blast seems to be one of those products that either you’re in the cult or you’re not in the cult, ya know?

I have the same issues most women here have: The CG lash length did nothing for me! Sure, it separates but i prefer the CG Lashblast, hands down!

I have both the lashblast and the lashblast length. They were on B1G1 at Walgreens and a coupon for another free tube printed out when I bought them. 3 tubes for $7, worth a try to me.

Anyway I like it alright, but like most mascaras I layer it. I use the thickening lashblast and then the lb length. I like the results of that the best, it was flaking off by the end of the day. Maybe I used too much?

I was excited about this, too, but it pretty much amounts to some “blech” in my book. Lash Blast volumizing mascara was one thing, but this one didn’t provide the wow factor I was hoping for. I prefer Maybelline’s Colossal Volum’ Express mascara–now that is some good ish!! 🙂

    Hey Karen,
I’m using Clinique High Impact, Maybelline Colossal, Rimmel Sexy Curves, Neutrogena Healthy Volume (WP), L’Oreal Telescopic in Carbon Black, and something by Wet’n’Wild. I’m only fond of the Clinique & Neutrogena but… I musn’t waste the rest of the mascaras.
What’s more disturbing is that I had my mother pick up some Devaju Fiberwig from Asia. Plus a friend in Hawaii just sent out something like 8 tubes of Max Factor for me!
