“Who says bigger’s always better?” asks the 5-foot-1 girl typing this sentence. 🙂 (Incidentally, she’s usually the shortest person in the room.)
The new $15 Tocca To Go Mini Eau de Parfums combine teeny, tiny cuteness with Tocca’s signature fresh and flirty floral scents.
I stumbled upon three of these minis at the mall yesterday while cruising for Christmas tchotchkes. They were right next to a weird $500 white porcelain horse head in Anthropologie (so very Godfather!) and surrounded by a sea of $50 salt-and-pepper shakers.
Aren’t they cuter than cupcakes?
You may recall these same three minis in Cleopatra, Stella and Florence from last year, when Tocca was selling them together as the $45 Eau de Parfum Viaggio set, but this is the first time I can remember seeing them available separately.
The official fragrance notes…
- Stella — Blood orange, lily, white freesia, orchid, musk and sandalwood
- Florence — Gardenia, bergamot, violet, iris and blonde wood
- Cleopatra — Grapefruit, jasmine, tuberose, patchouli, amber and vanilla musk
I’ve been infatuated with Tocca ever since I met beautiful Bianca last year. I like to imagine their fragrances coming from a tiny estate-turned-perfumery in the middle of a field of flowers on a sunny Tuscan hillside, or someplace lovely like that. 🙂
They’re the kinds of scents that make me want to let down my hair and don a delicate dress and comfy shoes; I bet they’d make perfect stocking stuffers, too. To my nose, all three of them are like a breath of fresh air — girly, but not sugary sweet.
I also spotted these matching Cleopatra, Florence and Stella creams ($20 each). I put some Stella on before leaving the store, and I liked that it felt non-greasy and moisturizing.
If you’re curious about Tocca and would like to sniff more, Sephora’s website lists a couple of newer things from the line, including a fragrance called Graciella ($68); a set called Eau de Parfum Viaggio, which comes with mini versions of three of the company’s scents in Colette, Guilietta and Bianca ($45); a trio of rollerballs ($48) in Florence, Cleopatra and Colette; and the Love Yourself Fragrance Collection ($18), which comes with seven pocket-friendly eau de perfume sprays.
If you decide to Tocca or have Tocca’d before, inquiring minds want to know! What’s your favorite fragrance from the line?
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen

OMG I have been waiting for this size to be sold individually and it’s finally here!!! Can’t wait to get my hands on Stella!!! <3
Karen says
Rad, right? And it’s a pretty decent size for $15. 🙂
You’ll love Stella, btw. It’s constantly in my perfume rotation.

I didn’t know that you’re petite, too. 🙂 I’m just a a bit taller than you.
Those bottles are adorable. Tiny packaging just makes it more desirable for me. Plus I like how you can then try out a bunch without committing to just one.

So cute! And how lovely would it be to whip out that pretty hand cream from your purse to reapply?

Ooo just what I wanted, a little bottle of Cleopatra! The rollerball from Sephora is nice but it doesn’t have the charm of the regular bottle. Love it!

Eee! So cute! And to a fellow less-than-looming person, Holla!
I love Brigitte so much. Even my friends who’ve generally disliked perfume compliment me.
I just with they made a wee little Colette bottle like that too.

So cute! I have yet to get a Tocca perfume, although I’ve oggled them in Sephora many times before. Perhaps I’ll be able to grab some new hand cream. Cleopatra sounds just about right for me.
Marina says
I have never tried anything from Tocca but I would like to.
Stella sounds awesome! I am burning the Blood Orange candle right now and I love it so the perfume with Blood Orange note would be perfect. Especially for this time of the year…

so adorable … i am a sucker for tiny teeny weeny things!

These are adorable! I saw them in Anthropologie just a little while ago. Obviously, you and I should hang out — I am just 4′ 11″ and would make you feel so tall!!
Courtney says
I love Cleopatra. I made the mistake of spilling about half a mini bottle of it all over myself the other day. I skipped perfume for three days straight afterwards and I could still smell it! Oh well lol

I received a sample of Cleopatra with an order from Apothica, and I fell in love!

I bought last years Viaggios kit and loved all 3 (Stella, Florence and Cleopatra) and was thrilled to bits with this years Viaggios kit ( Colette – Guilietta – Bianca ) These are a great way to try several Tocca fragrances and if you are like me, that doesn’t have a counter that sells Tocca near you this is a nice way to try this line.
I have always wanted to try Bianca and Colette and Guilietta sound wonderful as well.
Kim says
These are really cute and I love Tocca’s packaging. I have yet to give their stuff a sniff but your descriptions sound divine! It also seems like a great idea to sell them separately. 🙂
Kelli says
Love this perfume! Pricey but well worth it. They are quite strong so I spray on a body spray in all of the places I place perfume and then spray the perfume. It helps me use less and the fragrance lasts longer.
