A Summery Face of the Day with Too Faced Natural Eye Palette

Can I have a fan blowing my hair back like this 24/7? Please?

Even though summer’s quickly slipping away, I’m not ready to let it go. It’s hella hot again today in Nor Cal, so I couldn’t resist busting out this summery look with shimmery golden brown eyes.

Remember the Too Faced Natural Eye Palette from a few days back? I followed the Fashion eye look instructions, adding Cargo’s awesome Plant Love Eyeliner in Black to the waterline for a little extra oomph.

The other stars in this summery show are NARS Blush in Torrid and our girl MAC Nymphette.

Excuse the fan action, LOL! It’s sooo cheesy but I *love* it. :)

How’s it going out in your neck of the woods? Got any exciting Friday night plans? I’m not sure what I’m doing yet, but whateva it is I hope it involves air conditioning!

    It’s a weird one today. I was telecommuting anyway, but there was a huge chemical spill at a plant near work so they closed the entire campus and no one could go in.

    I have A/C but we hardly ever turn it on, it’s actually kinda cool inside because I had everything shut up today. I definitely will NOT be turning the oven on to cook tonight though! :)

    Hey how are you watching True Blood season 2? I haven’t been able to get any of the online players to work for me and I need a vamp fix!

    Fan action would be cool 24/7. There’s just one teeny tiny problem–I get that nearly everyday, albeit the Windy City variety. One grows really, really tired of the wind after a while, especially as I’ve got the fine hair that loves tangling. I especially hate the wind in winter as it just loves blowing over the frozen lake!

    Unfortunately, I won’t be getting much fan action. My brother and mom lovingly badgered me in cutting my hair last Sunday. I got nearly three-and-a-half inches chopped off the back! My longest layer just hits below my shoulder. :sobs: I want my long hair back!

    It’s been really cold here in the Midwest. The weatherman says it should hit around 79 next Friday but until then, I’m stuck in jeans. Poor Zena hasn’t had a walk in two days! It rained all day yesterday and it stopped this afternoon but it’s still humid! I slept until 3 this afternoon. I never sleep that late unless I have a migraine. Apparently, I was more tired than I had originally thought!

    LOL on the shampoo. I know it’ll grow back but it’s absolutely infuriating at times as I can’t pull it into a bun without half my hair sticking out!

    My weekend plans are (hopefully) walk Zena, do my laundry, buy a USB cable so I can upload pictures from my camera phone, beat up the courier company if my psychology book doesn’t arrive tomorrow, write down the due dates of all my essays (which seems endless) on my calendar and reading. Lots of it.

Interesting how the makeup would turn out to be, cause I saw dark blue and green and I usually don’t use these colors.
