Since discovering that Clinique’s purple eyeshadow pigments, unlike so many other purple shadows I’ve tried, don’t make my eyes freak out (thank you, Act II palette, for that), I have yet another reason to lurk around the Clinique counter like the creepy makeup stalker that I am. 🙂
MOAR PURPLE!!
Have you seen the purples in these two palettes from the Wear Everywhere Neutrals line?
The Wear Everywhere Neutrals All About Shadow 8-Pan Palettes ($36 each) are part of a new Clinique line. There are five of them, each with eight powder eyeshadows, built around a different color theme — Greys, Nudes, Green, Pinks and Blues.
The Wear Everywhere Pinks and Wear Everywhere Greys palettes have the most purply vibes…
Next time you feel the pangs of purple hunger (it happens), satisfy your hankering at your nearest Clinique counter or clinique.com.
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen

I’ve been eagerly awaiting reviews on these! $ 36 for 8 shadows is a deal, and even better with free GWP. The pigmentation looks great. I’ll probably be picking up several of these palettes.

YES oh my god! Those shadows look amazing — some of the new Clinique line (well, I guess it’s not so new anymore) just kills it with their textures.

I got the pink palette. Seeing your swatches, I wish I’d gotten the gray one, too. It’s going on my list. I love grays and browns that are tinged with violet.

They look quite similar in the pan, but your swatches show the difference. Very nice.

Oh my goodness the purple palette is calling to me! Just bought a bunch of purple toned shadows from MUG so I don’t really need this one but I still kick myself every time I remember how I let the Laura Mercier Artist Palette 2013 pass me by…these aren’t limited edition are they?

I asked for the blue one for Christmas but after seeing your swatches, I regret not asking for the purple. The shades look super pretty (although I have a ton of purple eyeshadows, and not a lot of blues).

Love the purples! I’m not a big fan of greys, but these look very nice too.

Aaaaaaw yeah! Those swatches look amazing!

Wow, the pigmentation of these eyeshadows is great. I want the grey palette so bad now… 🙂

Hai purples! WHOAH!

Those greys look freakin’ perfect. The Pink one looks ok too but I think the finishes in the greys look more sophisticated. I’d certainly consider both! Are they LE?

Whoa these are gorgeous palettes! I never really paid much attention to Clinique shadows but these definitely have my attention. The colors look so rich and pigmented

Holy pigmentation, Batman!

Although I am not a purple fan, I can see that these eyeshadows are very appealing because of their subtle colour. However, I am in love with the greys – thank goodness someone is bringing out some cool toned palettes. These are gorgeous.

Hi Karen,
I’d have to say I’m with the greys! I especially love the shade that’s second from the left. How pretty 🙂

These palettes aren’t bad! Sometimes Clinique impresses me with their eyeshadows (and other times, well… meh). I might have to play with these a bit next time I’m at Macy’s 🙂
Relatedly, have you tried Clinique’s Exclusive Neutrals (or Nudes, I forget the exact name of the 8-pan palette)? I’d be curious to know what you think of it. I picked it up in 2013 and I find that about 1/2 of the shades lean purple in that palette (the deepest 4), so if you dig Clinique purples, it might be worth playing with next time you’re counter-stalking. 🙂 Plus, there’s a decent neutral/ pinkish shade in there that works well as a warm transition (it looks pretty against the purpley tones).

These really look amazing! I’m just now getting into Clinique and I’m so impressed by the quality of their products!

Ooh I love the look of the neutral pinks!! I have sooo many purples but I feel one can never have too many purples and I’m always drooling over the next pretty purple palette heh. Thanks for sharing these Karen!
