I have a ton of favorite drugstore products. These are the ones I think of right off the top of my head:
Skincare:
Cetaphil gentle face wash (have used this since my teens)
St. Ives Apricot Scrub
Oil of Olay regenerist serum

Makeup:
Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner - retractable
Maybelline Dream Mousse blush
Maybelline Falsies Mascara
Maybelline Define-a-Lash Mascara
-I'll wear pretty much any drug store brand lipgloss if its a good shade and formula. Revlon makes good lipglosses.
-I love Maybelline shadows

I just bought the Monistat gel to try as a primer. Have heard so many people on here and other sites that say it's awesome so I'm gonna give it a shot.

I am definitely a fan of LUMENE, a skincare brand from Finland, that has products with Arctic berries. I am addicted to their ExCellent Future serum!!! Really works!!! Found it at CVS. I think Walgreens has it too.

Skin Care:
-Noxzema Cleansing Cream jar W/Eucalytptus oil $4(must buy sponge to work proper, sponge does not come with cleanser. For those who absolutely love Liz Earle Cleanse&Polish hot cloth cleanser $28, this is a definite substitute)
-Queen Helene mint julep mask $3.99
-Aveeno Positively Radiant SPF 35 $13(good protection+brightens dull skin, works as good as Obagi Nu-Derm SPF 35 $39.)
-Olay all day moisturizer SPF 15 $9(everyday use moisturizer+sun protect)
-Ponds Clean Sweep towelettes: original $5 (face makeup remover)
-Nivea Body lotion $7.49
-Loreal Skin Genesis Night cream $19

Eyewear:
-Maybelline Expert Wear eyeshadow quads $4.99
-NYX Single Eyeshadows $3.50 (if you love mac e/s $14)
-Prestige Eyeliners $3 (pencil)
-Wet n' Wild gel liner $4(If you love "Blacktrack" from MAC $17)
-Maybelline Expert Eyebrow Pencils $4
-Max Factor Mascaras $7
-CoverGirl LashBlast $6

Face:
-Revlon Color Stay Foundation $13
-Almay Smart Shade Foundation $13(like a tinted moisturizer. the good thing about it is that it is way cheaper than most tinted moisturizer like you would be looking for in the market and the best thing about it, is that it comes out white from the tube and will blend to your natural skin color when applied to skin)
-Maybelline Dream Mousse blush $7
-Physicians Formula: Loose powder $12
-Eco Tools makeup brush $12 (earth friendly beauty by Alicia Silverstone, the softest makeup brush, super good!)

Multi:
-Vaseline Petroleum Jelly $4 (apply to dry skin for example chapped lips and dry feets, can always be used for cuts scrapes and burns. Lastly, it works wonders when applied to eyelashes before bed time, this will condition your eyelashes and helps maintain eyelash growth. You can also apply it before you put on mascara, it helps priming and lengthen your lash look without using false lash)
-Monistat chafing relief powder gel $4(use as primer, good substitution for those who uses MAC matte base, Smashbox Photo finish primer, and Per-Fekt primer)
-Dove white bar soap $3(use as cleanser, Note: does not remove makeup)
-Cetaphil facial wash: non fragrance $10(Notice that the non-fragrance Cetaphil and the fragrance Cetaphil are a big difference, the non-fragrance can be left on your face with no rinse or rinse, however you want to use it)

Hair
-Neutrogena: Triple Moisture Shampoo&conditioner $8
