Cook one box of Pasta Roni Shells & White Cheddar per directions (to cut down calories and fat, leave out the butter and use skim milk). Stir in one chopped tomato and a handful of chopped basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
If you’ve got meat eaters up in the mix, add chopped sliced prosciutto.
I make this dish when I’m too tired to cook, which is um, often.

This looks simply AMAZING. I usually get home late from work (9:30ish) so this is a FAB idea. Typically I cube a little SPAM and throw it in.. but this is even easier.

Another good thing about it is it cooks fast. If I chop everything while the pasta is cooking I can finish in 15 minutes.

I love making Pasta Roni with add-ins. Usually I go for their 4 Cheese Blend, add in a cup or so of frozen mixed veggies (I like the Southwest Blend) for the last 3 minutes of cooking, dice up some sliced turkey (usually lunch meat), and add in a little more Mexican Shredded Cheese mix. SO good, and stretches the Pasta Roni into dinner and lunch to take to school, sometimes even for two days!
