I’m going to take the new Tarte ReCreate Silicone-Free Primer ($32) for a spin today! It’s supposed to be good for sensitive, oily and acne-prone skin. Have you tried it yet? What do you think?
I want it! I love Tarte Clean Slate (the only primer that doesn’t break me out) so I have pretty high expectations. Can’t wait to hear the full report!
I just got a sample of this yesterday, and have yet to try it. The lady at Sephora told me that it has “properties” to balance out my combination skin. Another plus is that there are no ‘cones in it.. my skin can’t handle them!
I am soooo glad your trying this out, I can’t get to Sephora to get a sample and I didn’t want to buy it without trying it first. It is kinda pricey at 32 bones. But I have terribly oily skin that does ok in the winter with a reg silicone type primer but has such a hard time during the summer. So your impressions will help determine if I buy this or not….. no pressure or anything…..;0)

I like Tarte’s clean slate. I’ve never tried this one before. If it’s good for oil skin, I just might have to!

I may have to give this a whirl, i have yet to find anything to keep my skin from getting oily with or without makeup on.
