I love Degas as well. These prints of the paintings just looks so fluid and flowly perfect for the ballerina images.

You ever go to Musee d’Orsay when you were in Paris? It’s all(or mostly) Impressionist art. It was absolutely beautiful. I also loved that the Museum was orginally a Train Station – I miss Paris! I’m pretty sure they carried a few Degas. I missed the Prado museum while in Madrid luckily I went to the Sofia – lots of great art. I saw my favorite Picasso there.
YES! I wish I could live there. I turned to jelly when I hit the Monets…
I love Edgar Degas’ ballerina paintings. I almost bought a print of one last year but went for the Mucha instead. I just noticed how many artists I like who’s last names start with ‘M’- Manet, Monet, Mucha, Michelangelo. XD
And as much as I hate Rodin the person (hate, hate, hate, hate), his sculptures are exquisite. He’s a great sculptor, wicked, wicked person. He really destroyed Camille Claudel (who, by the way, was an amazing sculptor as well. I love her piece L’Age Mûr).
I was a ballerina for 15 years before coming to college where I miss dancing terribly! These are beautiful pictures!!
