How absolutely stunning, and it looks like a great time with good weather too!! Thanks for sharing it with us. I’m afraid my “Places to Go” bucket list is getting longer and longer….
Good for you, Karen! Eat all the pizza you want, you deserve it! I took a boat tour once of emerald bay (much easier than kayaking!) and it was so beautiful!
You must be really strong if you can kayak for FOUR hours! I tried it once–and immediately got tired in about 15 minutes. The tiny current in the lagoon I learned it almost carried me away… =) I should like…train for it or something.
Love love love all the photos! looked like it was a blast! Kayaking is super difficult! I remember doing it in Aruba and my arms were so tired! And I’m a gymnast! lol
What a beautiful place! I love lakes that are situated near mountains. Few weeks back, my husband and I visited Hakone which is near Mount Fuji in Japan (few hours away from Tokyo). The area has some beautiful lakes and the cruise we took on one of the lakes was really lovely!
That looks like an awesome day! I’m a big fan of ruins so I would have totally paddled for hours to get there. I’m concerned for the dude in Island Pic #3, though. That life preserver will definitely not keep him afloat! It’s more like a statement necklace. 🙂 And holy pine cone – that thing is amazing!
