Oh wow it’s so pretty!!! I learnt here that there’s really no rule about what you can put in a salad. I’ve experimented with my old roommate by throwing virtually everything we could find in the house, and it was always yum!
I feel like salads with lots a fruit has been around for a while, not alot of people will think its strange. But oh boy so delicious… Last night I put rasberries with mandrines, instead of strawberries. Try blueberries with mozzarella cheese and romaine… thats a yummy combo too 🙂

One of their summer salads from a few years ago had leaves of coriander. Blech. It was so pretty, but I just couldn’t bring myself to ever eat it.

Whenever I have blueberries in the fridge, I would always throw some into my salad and it always taste so good! Been doing it all this while….

That is the most photogenic salad I’ve ever seen. I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to duplicate it on my own (We don’t have Panera here in AZ).
