Oh…this? This is just my wackadoo mani, courtesy of the new ORLY Color AMP’D line at Target stores. From the left, that’s LA Dreamin, LA Sunshine, La La Land, Echo Park and Rooftop Lounge ($9.99 each)

Before you paint your nails this weekend, raid your jewelry box.

No, seriously! You can find lots of inspiration and color combination ideas betwixt the shiny baubles, necklaces, bracelets and earrings.

That’s what I did today. Then I painted my paws with a few cute, colorful spring shades from ORLY’s new Color AMP’D line (available online now at target.com and coming exclusively to Target stores starting March 8).

What do ya think? Do my nails go with this Neon Spray necklace by Kristin Perry?

Methinks they do. 🙂

The new ORLY Color AMP’D line of 36 quick-drying, extended-wear polishes ($9.99 each) has a secret squirrel self-correcting formula designed to fix smudges by way of a two-step process.

First, paint your paws with one of the Flexible Colors (ORLY recommends one or two layers), and then top it with a layer of ORLY’s clear Flexible Sealcoat, which is supposed to smooth out any minor nicks and scratches (it works!) while extending wear time.

Tick-tock, 10 minutes later you’ll have a manicure built to last more than a week. No base coat necessary.

At least that’s the idea. I’ll let you know.

The Color AMP’D Flexible Colors and Flexible Sealcoat are $9.99 each, available now online at target.com and coming exclusively to Target stores starting March 8.

I just tried Orly’s Bonder for the first time, and I must say it helped me to stay inside the lines. No janky nails for this girl!

  2. My jewelry is mostly golden-bronze, so there wouldn’t be that much inspiration there. Except for some big turquoise disk earrings I will reuse come spring.

I noticed your nails last night while watching your vid about the NARS tattoos. I actually got a mani yesterday. It’s a mood changing color & it’s shellac. It actually does a pretty cool job at changing colors in the light, cold temps, & water. Super glad I got it. And your Skittles mani is cute-ness 🙂

Please forgive me, but the first thing I thought of when I saw your nails was the Ice Truck Killer from Dexter. lol

I bought ORLY Color Amp’d at Target last weekend. I bought the combo pack in LA selfie. I tried it as soon as I got home! I am terrible at keeping my nails “ding-free.” Two coats of LA Selfie and one of the top coat, waited about 10 minutes. I went about my normal business and then went to sleep. No problems when I woke up, but at work the next day the polished chipped at the ends of my nails 🙁 I went back to Target to get another shade (I am determined to find a great long lasting brand!) I bought Paparazzi. Two coats color, one coat topcoat. It has lasted 5 days! Will give LA selfie another go because Paparazzi lasted so beautifully! This polish will hopefully be what I need to keep a manicure for more than a day! Will update!!
