My little brother zipped over on the ferry from where he lives in SF yesterday to my neck of the woods in Marin County so we could hang out together.
Sibling Saturday!
We started with sightseeing in Sausalito, a scenic town just north of the Golden Gate Bridge with lots of restaurants and shops, then got pizza in Mill Valley (Tabs’ old stomping grounds). After that, we headed to the movies to watch World War Z!
He’s also a big fan of sci-fi/zombies/vampire movies.
Do you have any brothers or sisters?

Looks like you had an awesome time! I need to do more stuff like that with my bro. We like to go to the range, and I will watch him drag race when I am not working (he races the 422 Nostalgia circuit in a 1964 Dodge Polara on the East Coast – every part has to be either original or close to it. It’s a pretty fast car).

Sounds like a great day! How was the movie? I haven’t seen it yet but want too. I absolutely loved Mireille Enos in The Killing. I’m an only child but have two kids and am always encouraged to see grown up sibs enjoying each other’s company.

Looks like a wonderful afternoon. I have to say I jumped with surprise at first because I have a photo of me standing in front of that blue building behind you with SF in the background. Surprise moment of recognition!

It made me happy to see that you and your brother are making time for each other. It’s nice to see adult siblings spend time with each other – and not just because it’s a holiday!

yay for sibling saturday! lovely photos. glad you two had time to spend together 🙂
i have one older sister. i miss her, dearly. she lives in colorado, and has her hands full. she has 3 little boys ages: 10, soon to be 8, soon to be 6, her husband (because, significant others are needy, also. LoL), two male doggies, and nursing school. yes, she is outnumbered in her household, and has a lot to tend to 🙂
so…i get to visit her, rather than her visiting me. :/ i’d be stoked if she could come out to vegas….just her. to get a break from the chaos. *sigh* one day.
how did you like the movie? it was pretty scary for me, because the story line made it seem very possible. :/ hope the rest of your weekend treated you well!

Nice! Looks like you had a great day! 🙂 Did you like WWZ? I remember you liking the book more than I did but I heard the movie is a big departure from the book. I guess that could be good or bad! 🙂

What a beautiful sunny day. It looks like heaven and you’re wearing t-shirts so it must be warm!

Awww, I hope I’m as close to my little brother (I’m 18, he’s 12)as you are to yours when we’re older! That sounds like a great day 😀
