Maleficient! (Did I spell that right?)

Not quite. Maleficent’s gown resembles a bat and is black and deep purple with flashes of hot pink at the bottom. Her headpiece has devil horns with a batlike collar. When Marc Davis had his basic design first approved, the outfit was originally black with red flashes. He changed it to black and purple.
Maleficent looks like this-> Maleficent
The Evil Queen, on the other hand, has a black cape and a royal purple gown. The collar is white and rounded and both the cape and gown are trimmed in white. The gown has kimono-like sleeves as opposed to “bat wing” sleeves like Maleficent’s. The big thing in the edible illustration in the photo that gives away it’s the Evil queen is her outfit is trimmed in white. No other villain has that.
