I hope you like it. 🙂 Reply Erica Falco says: January 17th, 2013 at 7:21 am LOVE. The lipsticks in this collection are spot-on for me. Reply Karen says: January 17th, 2013 at 7:57 am Hi Erica, Yeah… so bright! I love ’em. Have you tried Party Parrot? Reply Alice Ann says: January 17th, 2013 at 8:37 am I’m loving this color! I’m not a huge MAC fan, but sometimes they really just nail a lipstick, like Red Racer and Rebel. This one looks lovely. Reply Karen says: January 17th, 2013 at 9:24 am Hi Alice Ann, It’s really cool. I love their strong shades, especially with cat liner. Speaking of MAC brights, do you have Impassioned and Lady Danger? Both are must-haves. Reply Deborah E says: January 17th, 2013 at 8:45 am That is one serious photo of lipstick! Love the color, though. Not quite sure which outfit will go with it, but give me time and I’ll find out 😉 Deborah E recently posted … Cle De Peau Concealers Reply Karen says: January 17th, 2013 at 9:24 am Yeah, it’s real deal purple! 🙂 Reply Eva ! says: January 17th, 2013 at 10:26 am This looks beautiful on you! I check your blog every day to see if you have any new posts. Just wondering..who is the one that takes photos of you? Or do you just take by yourself? LOL 🙂 Reply Karen says: January 17th, 2013 at 10:31 am I take them by myself. I wish I had someone to be my photographer, LOL! How long have you been a makeup fan, Eva? Reply Eva ! says: January 17th, 2013 at 8:21 pm Wow, you have some good talent! 😉 I’ve been into makeup and beauty for the past several years. Something about deciding how you want to feel that day and doing the makeup for it, just inspires me. Reply Karen says: January 17th, 2013 at 9:28 pm LOL, thanks…it’s taught me to improvise and multi-task, that’s for sure. That’s one of the reasons why I love makeup, too. I also love how infinite it seems — like you try on any type of look an a given day. The sky’s the limit! Reply Solangel says: January 17th, 2013 at 11:45 am Omg I looove this. I wish I had a more practical use for purple lipsticks, I f-ing love them! Reply Karen says: January 17th, 2013 at 9:30 pm LOL, you’re so cute! I feel the same way about some of the edgier colors in my collection too. Reply Sarah says: January 17th, 2013 at 12:43 pm This is SEXY. I have never tried this shade. Reply Karen says: January 17th, 2013 at 9:31 pm So pretty! Reply Vanessa says: January 24th, 2013 at 9:33 pm Karen, you tempted me. The idea had never even crossed my mind to wear purple lipstick, but this post won me over in seconds. Strong Woman was sold out, but it seems they just got some more in stock. And I ordered one! It’s my first MAC lipstick (if you can believe it). Hopefully it works on my skin — I wear NC20-25. I hope I get some wild looks from people ^_^ Reply Shana says: January 17th, 2013 at 6:31 pm WHAT EYE PRODUCTS ARE U WEARING .. LOOKS GREAT WITH THAT LIP COLOR. I JUST BOUGHT STILA NEW LIPBALM IN GEMMA AND ITS LOOKS VERY SIMILAR TO MAC STRONG WOMEN. Reply Karen says: January 17th, 2013 at 9:32 pm Thanks, Shana. I’m wearing a few shades from the new Too Faced Boudoir palette: Birthday Suit, Lap Dance and Voulez-Vous. I hope someone gets it and decides it doesn’t suit them, puts it on Specktra for cheap and I can actually get it! lol!!
