Giving Mortals Angelic Skin: The It Cosmetics CC+ Radiance Palette

September 12th, 2014 by Karen 19 Comments

It Cosmetics CC+ Radiance Palette

Radiant…

That’s a word that gets used a lot in beauty circles, isn’t it?

“Her skin was so radiant that one could read by it!” It’s like, naw, forget the candles. Just bring that girl with the radiant skin over here, badum-bum! 🙂

Speaking of radiance (how’s that for a lazy girl segue)…I’m kind of lovin’ the CC+ Radiance Palette by It Cosmetics ($38). The bronzer, blush and highlighter make me feel fresh-faced and bright.

Must be the finishes. They all have a little sheen to ’em, which adds a soft glow to the skin.

Oh, and the wear time? Exceptional. If Tabs refrains from rubbing his forehead all over my face, I get around 10-11 hours of great color from them.

In the pic below I’m wearing the blush and bronzer (the highlighter I’m wearing is the new Aura by Urban Decay — review coming soon).

You can find It Cosmetics CC+ Radiance now at Ulta stores and online.

It seems like the colors would work good for fair skin. I’m still hunting for the perfect contour shade since I’m super pale.

Hi Sam, I think so too. The level of intensity is pretty flexible too. It’s easy to sheer out or build up!

    Whoa! 😀 Gorgeous!

Uh, Karen… it’s evening here, and a couple of bulbs have blown in our household. If you could just, you know, maybe stand a bit closer? Just for a couple of seconds while I finish reading this chapter, OK? Thanks so much! <3

      Hi Dee,

I saw it and swatched it but didn’t walk away with it. Glad to hear you love it! It’s always wonderful to find a HG.

      Have a great week!

sooooo excited to see IT COSMETICS on your page! i have been waiting anxiously to hear your thoughts on their products. I ordered their cc cream a few weeks ago and upon trying to decide on color, I checked your blog and was shocked to find out you had not used or reviewed it yet :/
I would fully recommend it! you will probably be the Tan color 😀
been wearing it all week and gotten lots of compliments (after setting it with a bronzer) but definitely has a dewy finish like you like.
bring on more IT COSMETICS reviews please 😀

      Hi Yelena,

I’ve tried a couple things from them so far (powder products) and have been enjoying them so far! And thank you for recommending the CC Cream. I will check it out. 🙂

Oh, wow – that is pretty great. I also like the flecky look of the color correcter in the pan. Your skin always looks nice but it definitely has a little extra glow in this pic. And I like how you’ve highlighted the inner corners of your eyes. It’s a good look. 🙂

I have this palette and it’s
    FAB-U-LOUS!
I was afraid bronzer would be to dark for me (I’m NW20) but it is perfect.

About Makeup and Beauty Blog

Welcome to Makeup and Beauty Blog
Hi there! I’m Karen, your friendly neighborhood beauty addict, and I’m a Bay Area girl who hoards brown eyeshadow and covets coral lipstick. Every morning, I wake up and say, “I’m going to do something other than a smoky eye today.” Then…I end up doing a smoky eye anyway (most days). When I’m not putting on makeup, taking pictures of makeup or writing about makeup, you’ll find me hanging out with my hubby (“El Hub”), my two-year-old daughter (Connor Claire) and my cat (Tabs).
