I”m really fair, so I can pull it off and I usually use it as my highlight color.
More sheer whites, or even matte ones though.

I like it on me on my lower water lines. Only with neutral coloured eyeshadows though – otherwise it’s a bit… wow….

I’m pretty pale, and I can pull it off when I wear a matte white on my brow bone (Applied lightly) I usually use the same one on my inner corner. It even looks fine on my lid. I guess it’s bc it’s not a super opaque white, and it isn’t frosty.
