Becca fans, this fall we’re shifting into neutrals with the new Becca Lost Weekend Collection (products $23-49 each), and that means one thing…
Road trip! 🙂
Where are we headed? Nobody knows, but do we really care? Nope! Not with Becca’s new eight-piece release of earthy tan, caramel, chocolate, peach and pink shades to keep us company on the open road.
I briefly looked at three of the products from the collection this afternoon; I plan to test drive these and more of the products from the release over the next week, but for now I thought I’d share some pics…
Lost Weekend Palette, $49
Mineral Blush in Sweetpea, $32
Lip Plumping Moisture Gloss, $23
Swatches from the left: Eyeshadows from the Becca Lost Weekend Palette in Chino, Moleskin and Moire; Mineral Blush in Sweetpea and Lip Plumping Moisture Gloss
The Becca Lost Weekend Collection includes…
Look for the new Becca Lost Weekend Collection to arrive on Becca counters, in select beauty boutiques and online this fall (online at dermstore.com and beccacosmetics.com).
It’s date night!
El Hub and I are heading to the farmers’ market tonight to 1) spend some quality time together and 2) to replenish our stock of popped kettle corn. 🙂
I’m so excited!
What’s are you up to tonight?
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen

marisol says
I really like the look of the Billy Tea nail polish. Have fun on your date night & hope you replenished your kettle corn stash.
Lloyd… LOL
I really like the side swept bangs.
Stacie Wall says
Never heard of this brand before…. Looks great but too neutral for my skin tone.
Joyce says
The Sweetpea blush looks neutral and very safe to wear on my NC30/NC35 skintone and the packaging is unique. =)
Molly SC says
I must check out this collection asap! So nice!
BTW, you look sooo pretty in these pics!
Lei says
This is a great look for you!
BooBooNinja says
The palette looks so sleek!
Alyse says
Wow, your photos are so great! How would you describe sweet pea? Is there too much colour for glow in the dark pale skin? It looks really plummy. So pretty i need the palette.
gio says
I really like the look of the nail polishes, so pretty!
mn says
I really like the brown shadow- looks like chocolate 🙂 The polishes look great but $25 is a generous price for a polish.
BTW- Lloyd’s grown quite a bit in the last couple of weeks- I have such a chuckle when you mention him in the posts.
Rita says
Can you compare the new blushes to Flowerchild and Damselfly?
danish daughter says
I wish we could buy Becca in Denmark, maybe one day…….. thanks for a nice beautyblog
Kim says
Every time you swatch Becca I’m reminded of how pretty I think their colors are. I really need to give, at least, one of their blushes a try. And that Lloyd has some nerve! Sneaking into makeup ads? He’s tricksy. 🙂
Vijaya says
Bit too neutral for my tastes, but I love what you did with the stuff. You look stunning!
Chris25 says
This looks like a great collection, but kind of pricey for dupeable colors.
Karen, have you ever done a makeup storage post? I’d love to see your collection!
Marina (Makeup4all) says
I LOVE BECCA and the new products look just fab on you. I haven’t tried the mineral blushes yet so would love to try them.
Karen says
Hi Marina,
Thanks! I’m totally in love with the line, too. What are your go-to staples?
You’re going to love the mineral blushes, btw!
Megan says
Oh man, not much for brown/neutral stuff, but that nail polish is TO DIE FOR. Especially that warm caramel pink. 25 dollars a bottle? …Okay. Just tell me where to put my credit card.
Karen says
Hi Megan,
I haven’t tried these colors yet, but I’ve worn their polishes before and I like them a lot. They dry fast, don’t chip and are so glossy! Here’s a review of the summer shades: The New Becca Halcyon Days Nail Colours Are On Like Donkey Kong, Quick Like Mario Kart
Nina says
Sweetpea blush shall be mine mine mine!
the name of this collection makes me giggle — Lost Weekend — i know hte feeling!
Karen says
Me too! That’s like every weekend for me. 😉
Speaking of the weekend, what are your plans?
Nina says

we got the 4 book box set at Costco and he is on book 2. 🙂
Barbara says
Thanks for the info I’ve been waiting for this collection ever since seeing it on an Australian blog! I do wish they would use a blue-eyed model in the promos!
Swatch And Learn says
These look like great easy-to-wear shades. Never heard of this brand before.
Have a good time at the Farmers’ Market! 🙂 That’s one place where I never feel guilty about my shopping sprees. 😀
Coco says
You are such a beauty! 🙂
Natasia says
I love how clean and fresh that look is.
Rachael says
Pre season Cleveland Browns game with the boyfriend. And after the game we’re going to a great Italian restaurant off of Akron U’s campus called Luigi’s. I’m super excited to wear my cute Brown’s hoodie I order from Victoria’s Secret PINK so now I don’t have to wear the boyfriend’s hoodie that is huge on me.
Glosslizard says
These look very pretty, but I find it so hard to get excited about understated neutrals! What is exciting, is that my hair salon (Festoon) now carries Becca! Yay! I get to ogle every time I get my locks re-layered! Last time I picked up the brush soap (thank you so much for that review way back when) and my world has been rocked! My brushes and I thank you for it! 🙂
Sarah S. says
You look so gorg! LOL at the Lloyd model 🙂 You both rock those bangs!
Lexi says
Im dying for swatches?? Did u not like Wild honey??? You didn’t get it
Cindy (Prime Beauty) says
I have a serious love affair with BECCA. I was mad over the Halcyon collection and I’ve trying to get my hands on Lost Weekend but it’s not being released here until Sept. I ADORE the mineral blushes and am still wearing Damselfly and Flowerchild from summer. I also want to see the eyeliners.
Christina says
Thanks for the post…I’ve been eyeing this collex. The eye shadows appear to be shades of brown on the Becca Australian website, however, the end shades look more pink toned in your pics and swatches…I’m on the fence about this palette now…
Karen says
The pink’s actually really wearable!
Stacey F. says
This suits you very well! Just lovely!
Maggie says
I love Becca – was introduced to them at The Makeup Show, and aside from being fronted by very nice people, they had some lovely products. Very beachy, California casual aesthetic, but sophisticated.
I think they were carried at Sephora, once upon a time? Anyway, looks very nice and wearable. =)
luv2smilexo says
Those Nail polishes look so exciting! I haven’t tried a becca polish yet but I am really interested in these.
Gauri says
That blush actually looks pretty darn good for 32 bucks!
Vesna says
I really like this collection! It’s so nice! Haven’t tried their product but might get some I think… 🙂
Rozae says
Oh, Becca, how do you make me weep for yee. So purty, I want them.
mulberrytea says
I think this is one of my favorite looks on you! Honestly this palette looks great on everyone who’s done a FOTD with it.
I feel like the only reason I haven’t bought it yet is because it reminds me a lot of a pricy Jane Iredale palette I bought last year and hated 🙁
Are there any department stores that carry Becca? I might have to check it out in person myself.
Lorna says
hello, Karen
you look soooo nice in that pic with the Lost Weekend on you. it looks so natural on you!
*you look gorgeous in all your pics, anyways
thank you for a very inforative beauty blog. MORE power!
