Sometimes drawing that lil’ flick at the end of my cat eyeliner can be a pain, but that’s so not the case with Pointblack Liquidlast Liner from MAC’s new RiRi Hearts MAC Fall collection.
The skinny, flexible brush that comes with this liquid liner draws thin, precise lines, making cat eyes and cat eye flicks super easy to do.
RiRi Hearts MAC Fall: Pointblack Liquidlast Liner
- A dark, true black with a slightly shiny finish
- Feels thicker than most liquid liners I’ve tried, which makes it quite easy to control
- Once it dries, it won’t budge for nothin’! — not even if I rub at my eyes.
Only thing is, Pointblack takes FOREVER to dry, gah!
Okay, maybe not forever — more like 2-3 minutes — but if you have hooded eyes or dropped lids and accidentally blink, the liner could transfer into the crease.
It happened to me, so I ended up grabbing a crease brush and smudging it into my eyeshadow…like I meant to do it, ha!
I like Pointblack and think it doesn’t mess around, but it might not be ideal if you’re in a hurry…
The RiRi Hearts MAC collection takes center stage inside MAC stores September 26, online at maccosmetics.com September 30, and at MAC counters October 3.

Super impressive. I can be patient for it to dry as long as it’ll stay on my lids for long time. Great review 🙂

I’m not a big fan of this kind of liquid liner but I have to say your eye make up looks gorgeous.

Glad to hear this is better than MAC’s traditional black liquid liner! Last time I wore that, it smeared all down the corners of my eyes. So embarrassing.

This sounds like a really good liquid liner!

For a nice cat eye I’m willing to wait.

If its dark and longlasting with no smudging I’d love to wait for a few minutes till its completely dry. 🙂
