Wow! I was the same way last night, for pretty much the same reason! I totally skipped out on aikido last night! Boo for me! But I’ll go tonight and make up for it! It must be the time change causing strange 3:00 insomnia!

OH really? I gotta check that out. Not that I need any more jackets in my life (sigh, they’re kind of a weakness…but they so make an outfit!).

How has your day been? I’m supposed to work out tonight but I’m exhausted! I woke up at 3:00 and couldn’t fall asleep. The weird thing is that two other people I ran into today at work also woke up at that time and couldn’t fall back asleep, either.
