Even though a small storm blew in this afternoon, my today got off to a great start! The sun was shining, the birds were singing, Baby Girl was kicking like a kung fu rockstar in my tummy, and I finally managed to fill my small NARS Pro Palette with blushes. 🙂
You might remember when I first mentioned this same palette back in September. At the time there were only two lonely blushes in one corner…
But the order I placed came in, and now it’s filled to the brim with blushes. I’m ready to rumble. The pans will never look this pristine again, LOL!
I’m happy to finally have so many of my favorite NARS blushes together in one place. I’ve also reviewed quite a few of these over the years (Mata Hari, Sin, Amour, Lovejoy, Luster and Gaiety).
Do you see any of your NARS favorites here? If you were going to build a custom nine-pan blush palette, what would you put in there?
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen

Oh. My. Stars! A freakin work of art. Taj Mahal & Exhibit A are my jam. Deep Throat looks appealing though I’m afraid I’d look like a disco ball. Gonna swatch Luster & Gaiety. I’ve never seen them ?

They do look very pristine! This is SO much more attractive that a MAC blush palette to me!

Beautiful! I still own only one Nars blush and it’s Luster. Taj Mahal looks so pretty!
Rachel says
It’s beautiful! I would like one for Christmas, please!
KK says
Ooohh!!! So pretty!
I’ll take two please 🙂

I love Deep throat (note to self – pull if out to the top of the pile again) I wore it pretty much every single day last winter. It is the perfect glowy blush for my super pale face ^^

I don’t feel it was an accident that the pans are organized in that manner with a nice, pink diagonal. 😉
Let’s see… if I were to fill a nine blush palette, what would I fill it with? You already know that it’s 9 pans of Malice, don’t you? HAHA!
Erin says
It’s really the little things… Or really expensive blush! HA!
Tatiana says
My all time favorite NARS blush is Douceur (I think I spelled that correctly), but it’s been discontinued. I also love Amour, Dolce Vita and Deep Throat. I doubt I would fill a nine pan with blush, since I rarely wear it.

Niiiiice, how satisfying, right!! 🙂

Oh my! Beautiful! I’m getting mine for a Christmas/Birthday gift to myself. I own a lot of Nars blushes already but I want a blush palette for travel. I’m getting similar colors. Taj Mahal, Mati Hari, Desire, Exhibit A, Orgasm (even though I own at least 3), Dolce Vita, Torrid, and probably Sin. Can’t Wait To get It!!

You made yourself a gorgeous blush palette. I’m not super familiar with Nars blushes. If I were doing a 9-pan Nars palette, I’d probably go Orgasm, Super Orgasm, Deep Throat, Albatross, Dolce Vita, Sin, Almeria, Sex Appeal, and Unlawful. I’d go and do some serious swatching before I attempted such a project, though.
I think Taj Mahal is one of the most stunning blushes I’ve ever seen. I could never pull it off, though.
Ann says
Oh so pretty! Now I want some of these blushes, lol. 🙂

OMG!! I love NARS blushes so this palette is a dream comes true. My HG palette would have Amour, Sin, Dolce Vita, Mata Hari, Gilda, Torrid, Deep Throat, Orgasm and Oasis.

Hey Karen! I never got to tell you this so I’ll just say it in a later post, but I’m so excited for you and Baby Girl!! I can’t wait to see how things go and I’m so, so thrilled for you. You are so wonderful. Have a great Thanksgiving =) and know I’m praying for you all <3 xoxo =)

That first picture is just…goals. I would never be able to use them after that because they look too perfect!
Adeline says
Deep Throat is my all time favourite!!!!

Your so lucky to have such a pretty NARS pro blush palette. Mine would consist of Amour, Dolce Vita, Exhibit A, Lovejoy, Seduction, Taj Mahal, Albatross, Miss Liberty and Luster.

I have a lot of single Nars blushes. I know that there are a few tutorials on how to depot them using floss however I’ve tried and as soon as I started to see one tiny crumble my mission was promptly aborted. Has anyone found a fool-proof way to depot them without damage? I’m all ears and willing to learn. I bet that I’d use them much more if they were all in one open palette. As of now, they get very little love in my tool box (like Tarababyz’ set up). Thank you, lovelies!!
