It’s officially, finally spring — and for me that means pink lippies!
To be honest, I wear some of these lipsticks year round (especially ColourPop Clueless)…but I am somewhat seasonal with my makeup. I do think it’s fun to change my look with the seasons, and here are my current top pink spring lippies this year.
I went with lots of different finishes and colors this time (here were my pink spring picks last year). Whatever your style, I hope this list gives you some ideas.
ColourPop Cosmetics Ultra Matte Lip in Clueless is one of my most worn lipsticks (it even made my October Favorites video last year).
I like to wear liquid lipsticks to work because they’re able to last through my constant eating and drinking, and this color is SO pretty. It’s a medium baby pink and still very wearable. On weekends I like to top it with a gloss like Peonine for a really flirty look, and it’s only $6 at ColourPop Cosmetics.
Unfortunately, I don’t think this photo of Peonine really captures its pinkness, but it’s there (it’s just sheer), along with pink sparkles.
It’s very subtle, but layered over a pink lipstick, it’ll bring out the pink with its pretty, yet subtle shimmer. Here it is available at Neiman Marcus for $30.
Glo Minerals Cream Glaze Crayon in Heirloom is probably my overall favorite of this bunch. First, the Glo Minerals Cream Glaze Crayons are exactly what you might expect from their name.
They’re super smooth and creamy and feel great on my lips. They remind me a lot of the NARS Velvet Gloss lip pencils, and one thing I really love about them is that they come with a pencil sharpener in the lid, which is super convenient, especially since the pencils wear down fairly quickly.
They’re available now at Glo Professional for $16.
Glo Minerals Suede Matte Crayon in Demure reminds me of a toned down version of Clueless. It’s a pretty cool-toned pink — very approrpiate for everyday wear — and it’s also available at Glo Professional for $16.
Glo Minerals Cream Glaze Crayon in Dahlia is a gorgeous berry pink. Glossy, but not over the top, it’s perfect for going out at night and on weekends.
It’s such a fun color, and the crayon makes it easy to apply without needing a liner. Also available at Glo Professional for $16.
MAC Plum Dandy is one of my few frost lipsticks, but I love it. I’m on a mission to bring these back in style, because I think they’re so cool and unexpected.
I actually bought Plum Dandy at the Toronto airport in January and have been waiting for spring to start to officially start wearing it. I love the pink, plum and gold shimmer. It’s an unusual shade…but still totally wearable for everyday wear. Available at Nordstrom for $17.
Watermelon pink Glo Minerals Cream Glaze Crayon in Bloom just screams spring/summer to me (it has red undertones). I expect it to be one of my weekend staples for a few months.
MAC Chatterbox Lipstick is a super bright baby pink, but I don’t think it goes over the top. I love the creamy finish too. PERFECT for spring. Also available at Nordstrom for $17.
In case you’re wondering, I’m wearing Diorskin Nude Air Serum SPF 20 in shade 050 in these pictures. I LOVE this foundation and plan to do a full review and comparison against my other foundation favorites in the coming weeks.
These are the pink lippies that will be in my rotation this spring. What are yours? 🙂

Adia, I just LOVE your lip swatches. You have beautiful lips and you can rock all sorts of colors! Is there any color that doesn’t look good on you? 😀
Adia says
Thanks, Jaclyn! So sweet of you 🙂
Raeanne says
Your skin looks absolutely amazing! I am looking forward to your review on that foundation. Also love the lip picks… I have a feeling many of us are now rushing to the Glo Minerals website. LOL
Adia says
Hi, Raeanne! I will def be going more in-depth on this foundation, but in the meantime I will say I really like it. And def check out Glo Minerals, the brand is new to me but I think these lip pencils are a great lower cost alternative to the NARS ones.
Brandee says
You seriously have the best lips for swatches!!!!! Beautiful!!!!
Adia says
Aww, thanks Brandee! I will def do more in the future!
Lorie says
I’m loving your posts Adia!! And it’s great to have a woman with your skin tone showing off all these beautiful colors. I too have Colour pop Clueless and I love it.
Adia says
Thank you so much, Lorie!! I recently made a couple of CP purchases, so I may feature more of their swatches in an upcoming post. I would LOVE to hear your thoughts/requests for something you’d like for me to feature!

Gorgeous and flawless!
For spring, I enjoy Clinique Matte Beauty for a softer peachy pink lip, as well MAC Ronnie Red (LE), Burberry Bright Plum, and Clinique Roomiest Rose.
Adia says
Oh, thanks for the recommendations Anna! I really need to re-visit Clinique lippies.
Katherine Hoyt says
Ah, these all look stunning on you! A favorite pink of mine is MAC Please Me, which is somewhat similar to Chatterbox but more neutral and matte. I also love the NARS Audacious lipstick in Brigitte. My all time favorite lipstick ever is MAC Relentlessly Red, which is like a reddish-pink.
Adia says
OH yes Katherine, Please Me is a cult classic!! You’re the second person to recommend a MAC red, so I feel like I need to check those out (for research purposes, you know) LOL.
Katherine Hoyt says
I don’t know what it is, MAC just tends to get reds right!
Jennifer says
Love, love, love the bloom and the chatterbox. Although I probably need a pink lipstick intervention. I try to branch out and wear deeper colors during fall and winter but I’m not very successful.
The past week I’ve been wearing Becca Beach Tint in watermelon topped off with Buxom Full-on Lip Cream in White Russian.
I’ve also been wearing Becca Beach Tint in Lychee.
Also in my purse is Urban Decay Naked, which I think is a bit light for me.
On my list of things to get when the Sephora VIB sale hits Friday is Gwen Stefani for Urban Decay lipstick, which has gotten amazing reviews and there’s a pink in the line I want.
Adia says
Thanks so much Jennifer! You know I’ve always been curious about the Becca beach tints. I’ve heard such great things and have LOVED everything that I’ve tried from Becca. I’m working on my VIB list so I might pick one up then. Thanks for sharing 🙂
Lulle says
I’m not really into pink, but all of the shades you selected actually look very wearable to me! The Glo Mineral Cream Glaze crayons all look gorgeous, such a pretty finish!
Adia says
Thank you! I was very impressed with the Glo Minerals crayons because even the matte ones were super comfortable.
MIMIBELLE says
Gorgeous lips that would make anything look amazing!!
Adia says
Aw thanks babe! That’s super sweet 🙂
Kiss & Make-up says
I absolutely love Heirloom, Dahlia and Bloom on you! <3
Adia says
Thank you! I’m liking these more and more because they are so comfortable on!
LindaLibraLoca says
I am not too keen on pinks in general, but I made it a point this season to try wearing them a lot more and I found some that I really enjoy. Mostly a lip crayon from Soap and Glory, but I have had it for so long that the name has rubbed off.
Adia says
Well, when the name rubs off you know a product is well loved ; -)
Rachel R. says
I love pinks year round, and your picks are gorgeous. I get a lot of wear out of Urban Decay Sheer Rapture and Nyx Butter Lipstick in Pops. I really love bright neon pinks, as well. I get a lot of wear out of Sephora Rouge Cream in Cougar (which I guess they recently discontinued 🙁 ), and ABH liquid lipstick in Party Girl in spring and summer.
Adia says
Oh, you mentioned some good ones! I love the Sephora formula but I really need to try NYX and ABH (maybe I’ll get one during the VIB sale at Sephora).
Erin says
Dahlia is so pretty!
Adia says
I’m liking it more and more as the weather warms! I think it’s in the same color family as “Radish” 🙂
Sun says
I can’t decide whether I like Heirloom or Dahlia on you more — both are just gorgeous — and now I want to check out Glo Minerals! And thank you again for posting about Murad Rapid Collagen Infusion for Lips: that product saved my lips and allows me to wear ColourPop’s Ultra Matte, which I never thought I could do because they’re so dang drying!
